Court refuses Ofori-Atta’s quest to block OSP from declaring him wanted

The Human Rights Court dismissed former Finance Minister Kenneth Ofori-Atta’s application to block the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) from issuing a “wanted” notice. 

Ofori-Atta, under investigation for alleged misconduct, sought to prevent the OSP from publicly declaring him wanted, arguing it would infringe on his rights.
