The Minister of State for Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, wishes Dr. George Akuffo Dampare well after his removal as Inspector General of Police.
He believes Dampare’s experience will be valuable in other areas
“We can only wish Dampare well and thank him for his services. With his experience, he remains valuable and should be in high demand in other areas where his expertise is needed. This is a routine leadership change,” he spoke to The KeyPoints on TV3 on March 15.
On Thursday, March 13, 2025, President John Dramani Mahama removed Dr. George Akuffo Dampare from his position as Inspector General of Police (IGP).
